Designation of Authorized Officers Notice

Notice is hereby given to the general public that pursuant to
section 2 of the Financial Crimes Act, the Minister has, by notice,
designated the following officers as public officers as authorized officers
for purposes of the Act—

(a) Customs officer of the Malawi Revenue Authority;

(h) Officers of the Malawi Police Service of the rank of
Inspector and above.
