Company Registration No. 9137 registered under the Companies Act, Cap 46:03 of the Laws of Malawi, for
the purpose of providing Public Telecommunications Services in the Republic of Malawi.

In accordance with section 18 of the Communications Act, Cap 68:01 of the Laws of Malawi.
This Licence is valid for a period of ten (10) years from the date on which the licence is to take effect as stipulated in the
Gazette, (“Effective Date”) and is issued subject to the provisions of the Communications Act, any Regulations made there
under and the terms and conditions of this Licence.
