Outstanding City Rates
Notice is hereby given to the owners or reputed owners of assessable properties that sums due for rates levied on the property shown below against
their names have remained unpaid for a period of more than three years after the date on which such sums became payable.
In terms of section 91 of the Local Government Act, you are required to pay the arrears hereunder notified within thirty (30) days of the date of the
last publication of this notice in default of which the properties will be sold by public auction.
