NATIONAL ASSEMBLY

Summons to Members and Appointed Ministers
(under section 59 (1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Malawi)

Whereas it is provided that the Speaker shall summon each Member
to attend the meeting of the National Assembly at the time appointed;

And whereas it is necessary that all Members and appointed
Ministers attend the Meeting of the Assembly;

Now therefore under section 59 (1) of the Constitution of the
Republic of Malawi and by virtue of the powers in me vested, I, Richard
Msowoya, M.P., Speaker of the National Assembly, do summon all
Members and appointed Ministers to attend the Third Meeting of the
Assembly in the 45th Session of Parliament which will be the Mid-Year
Budget Review Meeting at the Parliament Chamber, in Lilongwe
to commence on Monday, 2nd February, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. and
herein fail not.
