PUBLIC PROCUREMENT AND DISPOSAL OF ASSETS (PARTICIPATION BY
MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES) (FEES) ORDER, 2021

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by paragraph 6 (2) of the Public Procurement and
Disposal of Assets (Participation by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) Order, 2020,
I, SosTeEN GWENGWE, Minister of Trade, make the folowing Order —
1. This Order may be cited as the Public Procurement and Disposal of Citation
Assets (Participation by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) (Fees) Order,
2021.
2, The Fees set out in the Schedule hereto, shall be payable in respect Fees
of applications made for issuance of certificates under paragraph 6 of the GN. % of
Public Procurement and Disposal of Assets (Participation by Micro, Small and eon
Medium Enterprises) (Fees) Order, 2020.
