An Act to authorize the Malawi Government to borrow from the
International Development Association, sums of money in
various convertible currencies, not exceeding in the aggregate,
the equivalent of seventy one million two hundred thousand
Special Drawing Right (SDR71,200,000).

ENACTED by the Parliament of Malawi as follows-
1. This Act may be cited as the International Development Short title
Association (Lilongwe Water and Sanitation Project) Loan
(Authorization) Act, 2018.
2~(1) The Minister of Finance, Economic Planning and Authorization
to borrow the
Development, on behalf of the Malawi Government, is hereby equivalent of
authorized to borrow from the International Development SDR
Association, sums of money in various convertible currencies not 71.200,000
exceeding in the aggregate the equivalent of seventy one million,
two hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR71,200,000),
