An Act to appropriate the sum of one trillion, four hundred
fifty-four billion, eight hundred twenty three million,
seven hundred and seven thousand, eight hundred eighty six
Kwacha to the goods and services of the financial year
ending 30th June, 2019.
ENACTED by the Parliament of Malawi as follows..-
1. This Act may be cited as the Appropriation Act, 2018 Short title

2. The Minister of Finance, Economic Planning and Expenditure of
Development is hereby authorized, in the manner provided in the KI,454,823,
Public Finance Management Act, to direct payment out of the ~~;h~~i~ed
Consolidated Fund, during the financial year ending 30th June, cap. 37:07
2019, of sums not exceeding in the whole one trillion. four hundred
fifty-four billion, eight hundred twenty three million, seven hundred
and seven thousand, eight hundred eighty six Kwacha.
3. The funds authorised in section 2, not exceeding in the Appropriation
whole, one trillion, four hundred fifty-four billion, eight hundred
twenty three million, seven hundred and seven thousand, eight
