international Development Association, sums of money in
various convertible currencies, not exceeding in aggregate,
the equivalent of fifty three million, four hundred thousand
Special Drawing Rights (SDR53, 400, 000).
ENACTED by the Parliament of Malawi as follows-
1. This Act may be cited as the International Development Short title
Association (Digital Foundation Project) Loan (Authorization) Act,
2017.
2.-( 1) The Minister of Finance, Economic Planning and Authorisation
to borrow the
Development, on behalf of the Malawi Government, is hereby equivalent of
authorized to borrow from the International Development SDR53,400,
Association, sums of money in varoius convertible currencies not 000
exceeding in aggregate the equivalent of fifty three million, four
hundred thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR53, 400, 000),
