An Act to authorize the Malawi Government to borrow from the
International Fund for Agricultural Development the sum of
twenty one million United States Dollars (USD 21, 000, 000).
ENACTED by the Parliament of Malawi as follows-s-
1. This Act may be cited as the International Fund for Short title
Agricultural Development (Financial Access for Rural Markets,
Sma1lholders and Enterprise (FARMSE) Programme) Loan
(Authorization) Act, 2018.
2..-(1) The Minister of Finance, Economic Planning and Authorization
Development, on behalf of the Malawi Government, is hereby to borrow
USD
authorized to borrow from the International Fund For Agricultural 21,000,000
Development the sum of twenty one million United States Dollars
(USD 21,000,000), (the "Loan"), for the purpose specified in
section 3 at the times and on the terms and conditions which the
Minister may, in his discretion, agree with the International Fund for
Agricultural Development.
