OTICE OF COMMENCEMENT
EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section I of the HIV and AIDS (Prevention
and Management) Act, 2018, l, ATUPELE AUSTIN MULUZI, Minister of Health and
Population, appoint the 15th day of June, 2018, as the date on which the Act shall come into
operation.
