NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT

IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section I of the Pesticides (Amendment) Act,
2018, I, JOSEPH MWANAMVEKHA, Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation and Water
Development, appoint the lst day of December, 2018, as the date on which the Act shall
come into operation.
