CUSTOMS AND EXCISE (TARIFFS) (AMENDMENT) (NO.2) ORDER, 2022
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 83 (1) of the ah and Excise
Act, I, SOSTEN ALFRED GWENGWE, Minister of Finance and Economic A irs, make the
following Order—
1. This Order may be cited as Customs and Excise (Tariffs Citation
(Amendment) (No.2) Order, 2022.
2. The Customs and Excise (Tariffs) Order is amended, in Part III of Amendment
the First Schedule, by— of the First
Schedule to
(a) deleting the entry “16.5%” in Column 11 under tariff the Customs
subheadings 1507.90.00, 1508.90.10 to 1508.90.90, 1511.90.11. td and Excise
1511.90.90 and 1512.19.00 to 1512.29.00 and substituting therefor thé (Tariffs)
entry “Exempt”; Order

(6) deleting the entry “16.5%” in Column 11 under tariff subheadin
2201.90.90 and substituting therefor the entry “Exempt”;
(c) deleting the entry “Exempt” in Column 11 under tarif;
subheading 8480.71.00 and substituting therefor the entry “16.5%”;
(d) deleting the entry “Exempt” in Column 11 under tarif:
subheading 8480.79.00 and substituting therefor the entry “16.5%”; and
(e) deleting the entry “16.5%” in Column 11 under tariff subheadin
9619.00.10 and substituting therefor the entry “Exempt”.
