Notice of Appointment of Members of the Malawi Energy
Regulatory Authority

IT 1S HEREBY notified for general information that pursuant to
sections 5 and 6, of the Energy Regulation Act, the following members
were duly appointed by the President and confirmed by the Public
Appointments Committee (PAC) of Parliament as Members of Malawi
Energy Regulatory Authority effective 24th March, 2025 for a three year
term of office—

Mrs. PHYLLIS CHIMWEMWE MANGULUTI—Vice Board Chairperson
