An Act to provide for the authorization and ratification of an agreement made between the Minister of Finance, for and on behalf of the Government, as Borrower, of the one part and the European Investment Bank, as Lender, of the other part dated the 9th day of January, 1980, for a loan not exceeding one hundred and ninety thousand European Units of Account; and further to provide for matters incidental to and connected with the foregoing
